Sagicor, a full-service financial institution offering banking, investments, insurance, and real estate services, sought to modernize its digital ecosystem and strengthen customer acquisition. The brand faced challenges with fragmented social accounts, limited monitoring tools, inconsistent CX management, and unclear content operations. It also struggled to deliver personalized, mobile-first experiences for millennial customers.

Altudo partnered with Sagicor to unify and simplify its digital ecosystem. Through detailed data analysis and consulting, we identified ecosystem gaps and implemented Sitecore XP on Azure PaaS using Helix architecture. This redesign improved data and information architecture, supported by a robust CX roadmap and UX strategy. We enhanced digital brand governance, SEO, and mobile design, while integrating Sitecore XDB for 360° customer insights, and Azure Search for powerful discovery.
