A major American manufacturer of household products, the client is a manufacturer of baking soda, trusted for more than 170 years for its purity and quality. It also manufactures baking soda-based consumer products (for cooking, cleaning, pet care, and personal care) in an environmentally-friendly way. The client wanted to upgrade its websites to offer an exceptional digital experience to its customers on their shopping journey.




The client contracted with Altudo to consolidate and move five of their ageing websites to Sitecore, revamping it with a new customer-centric design. They wanted to redesign these brand websites to employ a modern interface, make product information accessible, and easy to search for their customers. Their existing websites lacked visual appeal and personalized user experience.

These new websites have mobile-friendly Intuitive design and integrate Bazaarvoice, Salesforce Marketing cloud, SilverPop, Wilke, Social Sites, YouTube, and Google maps, which add hugely to their utility.

Optimized Website Search: We optimized the website search with Azure Search, so now it’s easy for the customers to search the website and navigate through its streamlined structure.

Personalization & marketing at scale: Now the client can set up campaigns or promotions and Microsites with the help of Experience Editor Rendering and engage users with its business. The new website empowered marketers with the ability to run A/B testing and personalized experience for the website customers.
