To overcome these challenges, the brand partnered with Altudo to implement Sitecore XM Cloud: a SaaS-first, composable DXP. The new platform, powered by a headless Next.js architecture, enables lightning-fast content delivery, streamlined workflows, and secure scalability. Integrated with Salesforce and HubSpot, it allows personalized engagement and stronger lead conversion.

Challenges

  • Managing content across WordPress silos created operational complexity, high maintenance overhead, and limited collaboration

  • Robust development practices: Implemented Sitecore best practices (Helix + React), CI/CD pipeline with defined workflows, branching strategies, and a thoroughly tested, bug-free build.
  • Integrated ecosystem:Connected third-party tools, Salesforce, and HubSpot for seamless data flows and personalized engagement.
  • Global content and translation management: Migrated full content including multi-language support and translation workflows with the ability to easily add/edit new languages.
  • Marketing empowerment: Sitecore’s Visual Builder enables non-technical users to create, edit, and localize content visually, reducing IT reliance and improving time-to-market.
  • Training and onboarding: Equipped the brand teams with the knowledge and processes to maximize Sitecore’s capabilities.
  • Compliance, SEO, and accessibility: Delivered technical/on-page SEO enhancements, data compliance, and accessibility alignment including Section 508 compliance at WCAG 2.1 AA standards, ensuring inclusivity for all users.
