The aim was to go beyond showcasing homes and create a personalized, guided journey from first visit to purchase. With data spread across multiple systems, the challenge was to unify and activate it for relevant, timely engagement.
Altudo modernized PulteGroup’s tech stack: migrating to Sitecore 10.2 on AKS and integrating Sitecore CDP and Personalize for unified data handling and real-time content delivery. A three-phase roadmap, aligning goals, building infrastructure, and optimizing results, ensured measurable impact.

Altudo has a long-standing relationship with the client, dating back to 2016 when we worked with the client’s central IT team to roll out new integrations, feature enhancements and support for Client Portal application. We enabled them to implement Ethos- an innovative data ecosystem along with fulfilling their staffing requirements across the globe.
To support this engagement at scale, the client also leveraged Altudo’s Global Capability Center (GCC) model, ensuring access to a dedicated, high-quality delivery team across functions.
Our team worked with the institution's marketing team to complete the migration of Worldpay onto their website. Our solution architects worked to upgrade Ethos Sitecore instance with Sitecore RSS components. We integrated Sitecore, Marketo and Workfront enable end to end automation of campaign creation using a single trigger form.
We amplified real-time segmentation and behavior-based profiling with headless Digital Marketing Suite for personalized engagement. Our deployment strategy supported both on-premises and cloud-first approaches, with AWS ensuring scalability and reliability.
