The goal was to unify its digital ecosystem, integrating ecommerce, CMS, DAM, PIM, CRM, and ERP systems, while enabling a headless, API-driven storefront with multilingual, multi-currency, and mobile-ready capabilities.

Altudo built a future-ready solution integrating BigCommerce with a Sitecore-powered CMS and key commerce features. To empower global sales teams, Altudo developed a multilingual Sales Copilot using Agentic RAG, seamlessly connected to the client’s PIM (Salsify) for accurate recommendations and product discovery.

Challenges

Solutions

Altudo delivered a comprehensive digital commerce solution by integrating a headless application with BigCommerce and developing a Sitecore-powered CMS website with key ecommerce features such as a product Wishlist built using BigCommerce APIs. To unify the client’s digital ecosystem, CRM, DAM, PIM, and accounting systems were seamlessly connected via BigCommerce’s App Marketplace, ensuring smooth data flow across platforms. Operations were further streamlined through automated CI/CD pipelines, enabling faster and more reliable deployments.

In addition, Altudo developed a multilingual Sales Copilot powered by Agentic RAG, designed to help global sales teams identify the right products for their customers. By leveraging hundreds of products and variants stored in the client’s PIM (Salsify), the Copilot ensures highly accurate recommendations, empowering cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across diverse markets.
